Installation Guide

Before You Begin

  • Remove your existing visor according to your helmet manufacturer's instructions.
  • Ensure all visor mounting points are clean and free of debris.
  • Compare the new visor to your original visor to confirm compatibility.

Step 1 — Remove Original Visor

Open the visor fully and release the visor mechanism according to your helmet model's instructions.

Step 2 — Align The New Visor

Position the new visor so the mounting tabs align with the helmet's visor mechanism.

Step 3 — Secure Into Place

Press each side into the mounting points until the visor locks securely.

Step 4 — Test Operation

Open and close the visor several times to confirm smooth movement and proper engagement.

Step 5 — Final Inspection

Check that:

  • Both sides are fully seated.
  • The visor opens and closes smoothly.
  • The visor seals properly when closed.

  • Clean only with water and a microfiber cloth.
